Dozens of contracted buyers rely on Unity for proprietary deal flow. When mandates overlap, your tier defines how early you see an opportunity—well before the public marketplace.
Unity maintains a deep network of institutional and accredited acquirers under contract to receive mandate-matched opportunities. We do not broadcast every deal to everyone at once. Instead, we route overlapping interest by membership tier, mandate fit, and a defined review window—so serious buyers get time to engage sellers directly, often before broker-led auction processes and public marketing costs enter the picture.
Priority members are placed at the front of the queue. They may receive up to 14 business days to fully review an opportunity before any other member on the platform is invited—time to engage ownership, assess fit against portfolio strategy, and move toward NDA and diligence without competing against the full buyer pool.
If Priority members pass, Intelligence tier buyers enter the review window from approximately day 15 through day 21. A pass at Priority or Intelligence does not mean the opportunity is weak—many of our most sophisticated members operate under strict mandates that require very specific sector, scale, or structure criteria before a deal can roll into an existing platform.
Advantage members typically gain access roughly 30 days after the opportunity has completed Priority institutional review—still long before public eyes. Even at $150 per month, many buyers see dozens of mandate-matched opportunities per year (or more, depending on mandate breadth), with a material edge to work with owners before traditional broker fees and widely marketed processes.
Opportunities that are not acquired through Priority, Intelligence, or Advantage review may eventually be showcased on our general listings page—businesses marketed to the public that were not immediately placed with our internal off-market buyer network. Paid membership keeps you in the proprietary lane first; the public page is the downstream path for remaining inventory.
Maximum early access, widest intelligence, and first position when multiple qualified mandates align on the same off-market opportunity.
Deep research, alerts, and pipeline tools—review after Priority, still weeks ahead of public marketing for most deals.
Excellent exposure for active acquirers who want proprietary flow and analysis without Priority economics—still ahead of the public.
Platform membership (Free, Advantage $150/mo, Intelligence $300/mo, Priority $500/mo) pays for acquisition intelligence, workflow, and priority routing when mandates overlap. It is separate from any transaction success fee or advisory compensation under your acquisition agreement with Unity.
